I walked in and asked if I could order food to go. A very kind staff member warmly welcomed me and assured me they could take my order right away. After about 14 minutes, my order was ready. The food was delicious, and the prices were fair and reasonable. This restaurant to me is highly recommended!

Hidden Gem! They make homemade chips with a chive sauce that’s really great. Their club sandwich was perfection. Small, chill, indie/artistic vibe.

I went to The Third for brunch on Saturday — my first time there, and honestly, I didn’t even know it existed. From the outside, you wouldn’t expect how nice and inviting the interior is. Parking is available at the side and front of the building, and there’s also a bus stop just a few minutes away (bus 11 runs along that route).
It was quite busy, so my friend and I were placed on a waitlist.
We ordered from the “Change It Up” menu — the French toast with fried chicken and blueberries. I added a side of scrambled eggs to mine, and paired it with a cup of tea.
The food was great, and I loved the overall vibe. We sat at the bar, which was perfect for catching up. It’s a great spot for meeting up with friends — or even for a nice solo outing.

My husband and I finally tried this neighborhood spot that’s always buzzing near my workplace—and we’re so glad we did! We popped in spontaneously for lunch and lucked out with a great patio seat. Service was quick and friendly. We started with nachos and each had a brisket sandwich—one with Caesar salad, one with fries. Everything was delicious and the portions were perfect for lunch. Prices were reasonable, staff were attentive, and even the washroom was clean. Highly recommend this place. We’ll definitely be back!

We’ve tried coming here a few times, but the waitlist can be quite long and after trying it now, there’s clearly a reason. The third menu is comfort foods, that are well done well, and at a great price point ($60-70 for two with drinks, main and an appetizer). Our waiter was attentive throughout our dinner despite the place being packed. Overall, 5/5 experience and worth the wait !

Came for a work outing with a large-ish group, everyone in my party was thoroughly impressed with the value and taste of the food and drinks! I got the brisket main which was surprisingly hefty for the price point and mega delicious. The space is fairly small, it is very popular and fills up quickly, I’d recommend reservations to guarantee your spot. The staff are accommodating and welcoming. Definitely coming back!
