FlavaDaddy | Ottawa’s Premium Meal Prep

I am a picky eater, but have really enjoyed everything from FlavaDaddy. Subscribing for their weekly meal plan has made it really easy for me to eat healthy and nutritious meals for lunch. When i pick up my order each week I also receive such amazing service from Nadine, she is fantastic! Highly recommend.

Don’t know about the food but the driver of the Audi SUV covered in Flava Daddy stickers requires some patience. Tailgating and cutting people off just to stop at the next red light while driving a rolling advertisement isn’t a great look. Hazeldean and Huntmar 10:25am.

Still a fantastic place to go for a great meal, regardless of whatever you’re running. Great service, variety is fantastic, and I’m so happy to see the growth. If you’re thinking about going, just go get something off the shelf, you won’t be disappointed.

Had the absolute pleasure of trying out some Flava Daddy prepared meals. They were packed with SO much flavour, balanced macros and tons of variety. Also found their customer service to be top notch, always friendly and helpful (in-person and on social media). Would highly recommend to anyone!

Meals are rotated weekly, they are constantly coming up with new creations and most importantly, the food is consistently delicious. 🤤

Macros are posted on each container and they have options for extra meat, low carb, etc.

Oh and their protein packed sweets selection is legit. Protein squares (Skor’d is unreal)… Stuffed cookies… Crumble cups (can’t go wrong with Banana Creme or Chocolate Hazelnut)….

Service is always friendly and welcoming. Can’t say enough good things. Support local! Go get some FLAVA! 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

Amazing spot for healthy meals that actually taste great. Super flavourful, high-protein options that fit perfectly with my fitness goals. Love that I can just walk in and grab something fresh. Definitely a go-to for meal prep and clean eating!
