Milestones

Was there last week and was so impressed. Our server Krista was Fantastic and was very informed about all the dishes on the menu.
She recommended the fish taco plate and did that hit the spot perfectly and didn’t disappoint!!
The service was amazing and friendly and the food was great!

Ordered the grilled salmon with a Caesar salad while in town on a business trip, and I was seriously impressed. The salmon was cooked perfectly with a rich, smoky grilled flavor, and the salad was fresh, crisp, and generously topped definitely no sad lettuce here. Even the takeout presentation was immaculate; it felt more like a plated restaurant meal than takeout.

Fresh and delicious food for reasonable prices. Great service. Great atmosphere. Will be back. Also those chicken Thai bites are fantastic

My friends and i attended the milestones Kanata for my friends 22nd birthday. The experience is as follows
1. Our server took 45 minutes to take our order, she practically avoided our table as we saw her taking other tables order.
2. I had to speak to the manager in order to get our server to take our food order
3. Our food all came out cold, 6 of us not to mention undercooked
3.A I ordered your steak sandwich that came on white bread instead of what was advertised and it was so cold but i was so hungry i had to eat it in my salad
3b. If i wanted to diy my own meal i would’ve stayed at home but alas i was going out expecting the minimum and somehow we got below that
4.I spoke to the manager about our experience she said she would give us a discount she gave us each 10%
4.A 10% is so redundant as if there is a significant situation that’s this bad i would’ve comped everyone’s food especially if it was cold and undercooked
Also my friends butter chicken was pink and i told them manager that and she only got 10% off
10% is a joke for potential food poisoning

Absolutely horrible experience no idea what kind of establishment you are running here but it is completely unacceptable
(I blocked the servers name as i do not want this to come completely back on her)
