The best small business service you can get. Andrew was so welcoming and they have delicious spaetzle and an awesome menu to choose from. Great locally made drinking options and nice atmosphere as well. Highly recommended.

Braumeister Bierhalle is an absolute gem! My dad and I went and the moment you walk in, the atmosphere hits you, warm, lively, and so authentically European that you genuinely feel like you’ve stepped straight into a beer hall somewhere in Germany or Austria. The décor, the energy, and that cozy, communal vibe make it such a memorable place to spend an evening.

The food is top tier, high-quality, flavourful, and clearly made with care. It’s the perfect pairing for their amazing drink selection.

I’m not the biggest beer fan, so Chris, who took care of us and was incredible the whole night, recommended a Snake Bite for me. It was amazing. A blend of their blonde beer with cider and blackcurrant syrup, it was refreshing, smooth. Chris really knows his stuff and was so personable, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we were taken care of.

If you’re looking for exceptional food, a fantastic atmosphere, and staff who go above and beyond, Braumeister Bierhalle is the place. Could not recommend it more!

As an Austrian in Ottawa, I truly felt at home at Bierhalle! 🍻 Delicious beer, great food, and an authentic vibe that reminded me of the Bräuhaus in Salzburg. Loved meeting fellow Austrians there and the fact you can stay and enjoy without being rushed. Highly recommend!

Great food and drink at this establishment! I was happy to see a wider selection of local beers on tap; this was beyond what is advertised on the website. Everything we had was very tasty. The style of potato salad seemed unique to me — of course not mayonnaise-based, but also not slices in an oil+vinegar base — rather it was approaching home fries with mustard, dill, perhaps curry spice? It was still a great potato side dish.

This feels more ideal for bringing a group of friends, as it has communal bench seating, but it works for a couple as well. Many items were on a discount due to a Sens game being on.

We had a great time and will be back to try some sausage options from the menu.

Good spot for German style beers. The couple I tried were true to style. They have the old school ordering system where you order your beer at one counter and order any food you want at a second spot. Inside has that traditional German feel (or a reasonable facsimile). Patio is just on a side street of Scott, but it was not distracting at all. Easily accessible by bicycle.
