Ottawa Bagelshop and Deli

Delicious bagels and of course cream cheese. If you can (they sell fast) get the blueberry bagels with lemon or raspberry cream cheese. Although every bagel is amazing. We had a small mix up with our bagel order over the holidays. I contacted the store and dealt with the kindest gentleman named Peter. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was ok and resolved. Exceptional service and food!

THE GOOD: Delicious bagels, great location and friendly staff. Very good coffee as well. Bagels fresh out of the oven!

THE BAD: (1) The bagel counter won’t cut bagels for you. If you order a dozen, people will be cutting their own and the bagels don’t cut easily with the supplied wooden utensils. (2) They also don’t sell larger hummus pre-packed containers—they do have plenty of cream cheese options. (3) the bagel counter won’t sell tomatoes, cucumbers, or other bagel toppings… seems a little odd.

Fast turn around is what we love. They ran through a 8 person line up in what felt like 1 minute. Got our order in sat down and 30 seconds later coffee was ready 1 min after food was brought to the table. Great service and the bagels were so good and fresh. Would recommend and would be back.

They also have a little shop here as well to get bagels to go and other things you may need.

A gem in Hintonburg! The staff are warm and welcoming, the bagels and sandwiches are fresh and delicious, and the coffee is downright outstanding. I also love their pantry and deli, they have a selection you don’t see everywhere, great for grabbing a few treats to take home. Highly recommend.

We stopped in for a quick Sunday lunch. The food and service was excellent. The staff and the people sitting next to us are very friendly.

Hey I thought this was so cool. They have a nice water dispenser set up for people that just want water, beside it are real glasses (not paper cups). I love this because I try to avoid sugary drinks and diet drinks. Very much appreciated…and it’s free.
