The drinks and food are nothing like the picture. We ordered 4 of their matcha series and it taste like water. The looks is good but literally taste nothing. We got their mango sticky rice and there was no sticky rice and the mango is not even ripe. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with this experience. The service is also not pleasing.

Hi T on Wellington is such an adorable spot with beautiful, charming decor—perfect for a date or a girls’ outing. Their Vietnamese coffee is absolutely delicious and worth trying! The service was fast and friendly, the space is roomy and comfortable, and they even have board games to play while you hang out. A really fun and cozy place to enjoy good drinks and company.

The matcha 🍵latte 😍 bubble tea we love. Their warmed up chocolate chip cookie 🍪 was tasty. I’ve never been to a bubble tea shop with a toppings bar. It was unique and I loved it. 🥰 they even had board games inside. You can bring the whole family if you wanted to. All around 10/10

I recently visited Hi T Bubble Tea on Wellington and had a fantastic experience! I ordered the coconut coffee slush, and it was incredible smooth, refreshing, and with the perfect blend of creamy coconut and bold coffee. The atmosphere is so inviting, with cozy seating and fun games to play while waiting or enjoying your drink. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making it feel like a true neighborhood gem. Plus, they offer tons of topping options to customize your drink just the way you like it. Hi T is definitely a must-visit for anyone in Ottawa looking for a unique bubble tea experience!

Love Hi T! Such a nice atmosphere! There are board games available but my favourite part has to be the topping bar! You pick a drink and fill it up with as much toppings as your heart desires! I also enjoy the strong tea flavour the drinks have. Highly recommend the strawberry matcha!

Super cute bubble tea shop that I wish all places had unlimited toppings because it’s so worth it. I like that the flavour menu is actually more simple and easy to follow and they also have a lot of great Vietnamese desserts that were really tasty. The interior is quite large and there is a lot of seating and cute couches and places to take really nice pictures and there are also games that you can play to sit down with your friends.

The only recommendation I have for this place is a water station for customers as we had to ask for water at the counter, which they gave to us no problem, but if it gets busy in there, it might be easier for the staff if there is just water out for customers to drink. it’s also a little unclear if you can top up a little bit more toppings when you’ve had more of your drink as there isn’t actually a sign that says you can’t so I went back and got a little bit of pudding, but I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to.
