Sakura Sushi

Absolutely delightful and well executed simple menu. The service could use improvement – in the sense that our two roll order took 1 hour+
This shouldn’t happen in a casual sushi place. But otherwise very nice staff who apologized for the wait. (The staff is the sushi chef)

The restaurant is cute but note that this is not a typical service, you pay before you eat and everything is takeout style, even when eating there, cutlery and plates are disposable.

The sushi is incredibly fresh and delicious, but the portions are so small for the price. The sushi in the picture was about $56 dollars before tax and tip. I understand that quality fish is expensive, but the aesthetic of the place and the service clashes with the high prices.

I picked up an order from Sakura Sushi through Too Good To Go – the owner made it fresh right then and there! He was very friendly and welcoming, and the tuna and salmon rolls were fresh, generously portioned, and full of flavour. My first time here but won’t be the last!

I had the Aburi Rolld and it was absolutely incredible! The lightly torched flavor adds a deep, smoky richness that takes the taste to another level. Every bite was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. I’m definitely going back for more, and I highly recommend it to everyone. Once you try it, you won’t be able to forget it! 👍👍👍

One of the best sushi experiences I’ve had! The fish was incredibly fresh. The staff were friendly and making the whole experience wonderful.
After I enjoyed myself dinner, I decided to order take-out order; Large combination and Medium combination for my colleagues too.
They loved your meal!
