Great staff and a clean, well-maintained restaurant. The food was excellent—kudos to the chef. Enjoyed the convenient location and friendly service. Highly recommend—A+!

This is by far one of the best breakfasts (also was great for dinner) we’ve ever had! The service was also what made the experience over the top, Jennie was such a wonderful server, as well as the waitress we had on Monday! But they’re just so friendly and the food is delicious! Made the whole hotel experience phenomenal.

We flew in from Manitoba and we had 4 hours to spend in Ottawa until our train took off to Montreal. Decided to try The Porch, we were not disappointed. Jennie is the BEST! She was accommodating for our large group, patient, kind and informative. I’d come back just to see her.

We had the best experience having lunch at The Porch. The food was very fresh and hot and delicious and not only was our customer service excellent, but I noticed other guests were enjoying themselves too. Our server went above and beyond for us and it was really thoughtful. We’ll be back!

After a day of travelling from the Westcoast, I had an amazing burger, fries and Creme Brulee. The hostess was so friendly and made the dining experience that much better! Well worth the wait for this amazing dinner, dessert as well as my hot tea!

I recently visited Ottawa and had breakfast at The Porch for several days. Every meal I tried was excellent, and the coffee was particularly good. Jennie provided friendly and attentive service. Highly recommended for a great breakfast experience in Ottawa!
