BEST SHAWARMA IN OTTAWA! Had a really great experience. The three workers there were all kind, smiling, and genuinely welcoming.

The shawarma was honestly one of the best I’ve had. Fresh, well-seasoned, and made properly. You can tell they care about quality.

Service was also very fast, which I appreciated. In and out quickly without feeling rushed.

Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend if you’re looking for solid shawarma and friendly service.

I tried the chicken shawarma and its below average and under my expectation! There is no real taste of shawarma peppers in it and the taste of the pickles wasn’t good.. This restaurant should do more of things to make a good shawarma

I ordered the chicken platter regular size for my first visit. REALLY GOOD stuff right here I would say.

My go to shawarma has always been Shawarma Palace, and I’m having a hard time finding its equal. But this place might be one of them. The prices are about the same. Portion same ratio. The chicken is exquisite, tender and loads of tastes. They also give you more options on sauce. They only give you one pita, but they politely added an extra after I ask. The pitas here feel more fresh.

All in all, if you are a shawarma enthusiast I strongly recommend trying this place. The place itself is clean, friendly staff, TV on sport channel, and fast service. I will definitely go back sooner than later.

If I had to mention a negative point I would say that the young guy that served me is hard to hear, he should try raising his voice a bit more.

Good spot for a fresh shawarma sandwich and a side of potato with a tasty garlic sauce.

The big sandwich comes with potatoes, a drink in a can and a baklava for about 20$.

Smooth customer service, and tables were clean.

So happy I stumbled across this place! I was craving shawarma, but other restaurants were crowded. New King Shawarma Plus was not, so I took a chance on it after reading the Google reviews.

I got the “small” chicken sandwich for 8$, thinking it’d be snack-sized (I planned on trying more food in downtown Ottawa), but it was pretty much the size of a regular sandwich! I was happily surprised. The chicken was flavorful and the lady had put the right amount of sauce. Overall very satisfied with my meal here.

The seating area is pretty spacious and quiet. Atmosphere and service were great. I will definitely be coming back.
