I usually order 80% sugar for a perfectly balanced taste, but today there wasn’t a hint of tea flavor; I could only taste the sugar.

I had an amazing experience at Chatime thanks to Yash, who truly went above and beyond. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. He patiently explained the menu, recommended the perfect drink based on my taste, and even customized it exactly how I like it.

Yash handled everything with incredible professionalism—fast service, great communication, and a friendly attitude that immediately brightened my day. The drink was absolutely delicious, and you can tell he puts real care into making every order perfect.

It’s rare to find staff who are this polite, attentive, and dedicated. Chatime is lucky to have someone like Yash, and customers like me walk out happier because of him. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend visiting this location if you want great bubble tea and even better service!

Taro cake was like a cloud, fluffy and not too sweet. Drinks were perfectly made, quick and lovely service. I will be coming back here for sure next time I come around.
