For the price we paid we got a great meal, even though the breakfast cook probably needs some training on how to cook eggs…
Service was good and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

I’m so stoked to have found this place for breakfast. I was looking for a place that served waffles & maple syrup (which oddly enough is hard to find in Ottawa). The food was amazing, the waffles were crispy on the outside & fluffy on the inside, & for $2, they’ll give you a can of organic maple syrup. The service was phenomenal. Our waitress (I wish I had gotten her name) was really sweet & funny. I highly, highly recommend Fontenelle Diner for breakfast/brunch. I would come back & eat here in a heartbeat.
