So far have not had the chance to hit the patio, but am excited for the warm weather to do so. Excellent service and a large variety of hand made pizza options. Pints on tap as well as a large selection to go. They use local ingredients to create their masterpieces. Perfect place to meet up for a quick pint or stay for an evening in a relaxing environment. Dog friendly too.

Great spot to check out. Went on a first date. Perfect atmosphere, super chill spot. Staff are friendly and cool. Beer selection is great and they had a nice menu. Lots of cute dog portraits inside and it’s dog friendly!!

Whiprsnapr Brewing Co. might not look like much at first glance, but don’t be fooled—this place is an absolute gem. Having visited every brewery in Ottawa, I can confidently say that Whiprsnapr is one of the best in the city.

The beer selection is fantastic, with a wide variety of styles that cater to every kind of beer lover. Whether you’re into hoppy IPAs, smooth stouts, crisp lagers, or something experimental, there’s truly something for everyone. Even better, the flavour profiles are consistently well-balanced and creative—you can tell these brewers know exactly what they’re doing.

And the PIZZA. I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but wow—it blew me away. It was fresh, flavourful, and cooked just right. I would come back just for the pizza alone—it’s that good.

The service was friendly and welcoming, the space was clean, and the patio is super cute—perfect for a low-key hangout or a sunny afternoon flight. It’s laid-back, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable to spend time in.

I can’t say enough great things about Whiprsnapr. Whether you’re a local or just visiting Ottawa, don’t skip this spot. It may fly under the radar, but it’s absolutely worth the visit.

I’ve been to a bunch of breweries in Ottawa. Clubbed a few, and I gotta say, this place is next level. I ordered a flight of everything not realizing it was 4 flights deep, all of which were delicious for different occasions. I had to stick to A flight and not 4 so I’ll be back to try the rest. Then I ordered the pizza which I couldn’t believe was as good as Italy. Check out the photos. Finally, the atmosphere and service were stellar.. AND the have a club membership which I’m considering. Highly recommend this place and will be back indefinitely.
