Shawarma Palace

We ordered via UbeEats two days in a row. Delicious. Fresh. Reliable. I highly recommend the chicken fattoush salad. Portions are huge. Shawarma’s come hot and tasty.

I usually don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this place clearly doesn’t appreciate their customers. I’m a regular here, and they served me a dry beef burger. When I brought it up, they simply said, “We can’t do anything.” That’s really disappointing I expected better treatment and respect as a loyal customer.

The food was really good, especially the quantity.The staff were nice and helpful too. The only downsides were that the place was a bit cold, the music was too loud, and they mixed up my spicy shawarma with the regular one. It would be great if they used stickers to label them. Overall, still a good experience!

I loved this place back in 2007. Since then I haven’t been in Ottawa. Two weeks ago was my first visit after 18 years. The place still has the best Shawarma and most hospitable people. Always in love with this place ♥️

The food was excellent as always, every time we come to Ottawa this our go-to place for shawarma. Never get disappointed. It’s a little pricey, but portions are as big. This time I also tried the fish, it tasted really good. I would highly recommend this place. No wonder they have been voted number one shawarma place in Ottawa. I don’t think any one can match their taste in Toronto. I hope the taste stays the same for years to come. Best of luck
