Great experience! I would especially like to thank Cindy for such warm and welcoming service. She had great knowledge about her work and shared it so generously. As for the food quality, I really loved it, although the five courses were a little too much for me ❀️

We had an amazing experience at La Petite Chef. The entire evening felt special β€” the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and every course was genuinely enjoyable. The service was top-notch; the staff were warm, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the experience.

The only area for improvement is around the show customization. We ordered the vegetarian menu, but the projection show appeared to follow the classic menu being served at other tables rather than reflecting what we were actually receiving. For example, during the risotto course, the show depicted lobster preparation, while we were served mushroom risotto. It would make the experience feel much more immersive if the show were tailored to the specific menu selected (classic, premium, or vegetarian), especially given the premium price point.

Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience, and with a bit more personalization, it could be truly perfect.

Now this is how you do a dining experience! I recently visited Le Petit Chef in Ottawa and was absolutely blown away. It is such a unique conceptβ€”the projection show on the table before each course is phenomenal and really keeps you engaged throughout the meal.

I had the Classic Menu, and the standouts were definitely the Thermidor Lobster and the incredible showcase dessert at the very end. The food quality matched the high-end entertainment perfectly.

A huge shoutout to our server, Jocelyn, who was incredibly knowledgeable and made the night even better with her helpful service.

Quick tip for fellow locals: If you’re using a gift card like I did, keep in mind they are one-time use only. Any remaining balance won’t be cashed out or saved, so make sure to use the full value during your visit!

This is a must-try if you’re looking for something different in the city.

Went as a couple and were exited for the experience. The show on the table and plate was entertaining, but is a one time night.
Overall the classic experience was alright but certainly not worth the cost of $360 for two persons.
First was the tomato salad..it was elegantly presented. Second was the soup..that was ok but my dish was not exactly as my partner though was enjoyable.
The next was supposed to be the lobster tail, 🦞 πŸ™‚β€β†•οΈ, they have switched the plate with resotto and was really terribly undercooked. When we complained about it they brought us a plain bite size lobster with no sauce ( was ok sauce had alcohol)
Next was the wagu steak that was nothing special, still very plain. They did not ask how do we want it, so mine was rare I could not eat it, but the gladly took it back and brought me another one medium well. Though the size was petite
Then we finally get to the dessert 🍨 and it was different, surely not Michelin class, so I would expect Michelin star food.

To summarize the experience was not worth the money you pay for. The show was nice, the food lacked the taste and the place was of an average decoration surely not a Michelin standard.
The service was fine but one thing you should be warned ⚠️
The servers were not all on the same calibre, while on was a little rude another was very friendly and accommodating (Alex)
