I’ve tried a lot of their baked goods and am very impressed with the quality. As someone who has a sweet tooth but have to be on Keto for pre-diabetics conditions, this bakery is life saver. The staffs are also very kind. Will definitely come back again

Truly unique bakery for the Ottawa food scene serving desserts and pies made gluten free, sugar free and keto. We had some of their muffins, swiss rolls and cheesecakes. They’re all delicious and the Pistachio Swiss roll was my favorite.

I’ve ordered different products from this bakery several times, and their quality is truly amazing. What really impressed me is that everything is made in a healthy way, so you can enjoy as much as you want without feeling guilty.
Keto, gluten-free, grain-free, sugar-free — having all of these together is honestly the best combination possible.

On top of that, they are very customer oriented, and their service is just as good as their 100% quality products. You really get a great feeling every time you buy from them.
I highly recommend everyone to give it a try.

Terrible service and the cake was hallow. I have never seen a cake with no center. Poor service when we approached them about it. They ignored our first message inquiring and had to follow up again. Do not recommend.

I’ve had desserts and breads from Key To Your Heart several times now and each time they have been amazing!! You honestly can’t tell there’s no sugar in the desserts and the breads are so fluffy. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed I promise! The ladies there are all super sweet too.
