Heart & Crown – Barrhaven

A few members of our local dream team had the pleasure of experiencing the “holiday explosion” room, and some delicious appetizers and yummy festive cocktails recently. What a fabulous idea! Do yourself a favour- grab the girls and go check out this crazy Christmas room this December too. So much fun!

I have been meaning to try this restaurant and I can’t believe I didn’t try it sooner. The food is delicious, the server was great and the atmosphere is welcoming. Everything we tried was great. We had the brisket sandwich and poutine and one of the burgers and the flavour was spectacular. Presentation was good, portion size is ideal as we were full and our drinks were perfect . We got a White Russian and an espresso martini. We went during lunch time and we want to return for dinner as they seem to have entertainment in the nights. A must try if you are in the area.

Wow! The servers were so kind, and wonderful! The food was fantastic! I really recommend this place for someone who needs a nice break. The inside and patio is so beautiful! Definitely a must go to.

We had such a great experience at the Heart & Crown in Barrhaven, and a huge part of that was thanks to Julia, who absolutely made our night. From start to finish, her service was top notch—personable, attentive, and genuinely funny. It’s rare to come across servers who are this engaging and professional, and when we go back, we’ll definitely be asking for her again.

We had the Sunsplit draft beers, which were served ice cold and hit the spot perfectly. We also grabbed a side of fries, which ended up being a fantastic value for money—crispy, fresh, and served with a delicious dip that elevated them from just a simple side.

The overall vibe of the place is welcoming and relaxed, making it a perfect spot for a casual drink and bite to eat. Between the great drinks, solid food, and excellent service, this is definitely one of the best pub experiences we’ve had in the area. Can’t wait to go back!

Welcoming staff. Great indoor and outdoor seating areas. We were very amazed by their food and how delicious it was. Freshly cooked and prepared. We had fish tacos and Irish spice bag and few drinks. Everything was of above and beyond our expectations. Annie M was just an amazing person and very warm. It was a very nice experience.
