After work, I thought I’d grab take out – TERRIBLE SERVICE. I came in and took a ticket, once served – the man was extremely rude. He was slim built – his name is Mohammed I believe (he wears black eye glasses). I asked for a chicken combo with extra garlic and he rolled his eyes at me as if I’m some sort of inconvenience or enemy. Once he game me the food all wrapped, I noticed I didn’t have extra garlic – I said you forgot the extra garlic, he then said ‘you already have 2’, I said ‘I know, but I’d love more please’, he then looks distraught and tells me ‘I’m charging you 0.75 for each one in a very harsh tone’. I said, no problem. It’s one thing to behave in such a manner, but you shouldn’t assume people want things for free – or even worse, treat them like they’re poor or an inconvenience. EXTREMELY disappointed with the customer service here.

This is my favourite grocery store. It has an excellent selection of fish, fruits, veggies, tea, matcha, pomegranate juice, kefir. I love the Mediterranean and Greek feel. Best grocery store in Ottawa by far. Will definitely be coming back and I love to support local businesses. 🕊️✨🇬🇷

The store is good, especially for the Middle East food collection.

Driven past this store for many years. Today, we decided to check it out. Amazing food store. I was impressed with the selection of hot and cold offerings. We decided to try the baklava, pita, and a strange fruit known as loquat. I will return!

This store is Amazing! And worth the drive! There are so many things that make this store very different than your normal grocery experience. The store has such a variety of brands, and so many fresh experiences, from the fish counter to the hot food selection, this store has something for everyone. I was impressed with how well the store is laid out, the uncluttered feel and the fantastic selection. This store is worth the drive if and you will need time to fully explore all this store has to offer. I was very impressed!
