CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice

The place has always been nice, and the staff are usually very friendly. However, during my visit today, the employee who assisted me (someone I hadn’t seen before, possibly new) came across as quite rude from the beginning. She had an attitude throughout our interaction and made me feel uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this experience negatively affected my impression of Coco, and I will likely avoid visiting when that person is working. Aside from this incident, all other staff members have consistently been kind and helpful.

Very friendly staff. Drinks were great! They made a mistake on one of the drinks and promptly fixed it. Seats and design inside also makes for a great space.

Mango slush was ok. Service was fine.

It was a bit busy as only 1 employee was preparing orders for customers, which created some delays. Don’t be in a rush if you stop there.

Recommended for classic bubble teas.

First time here, and I got myself Honeydew Jasmine Milk Tea with Tea Jelly… it’s super lovely!

This is my go to bubble tea place in Ottawa (if I’m ever in the area lol). Have been going here since I was in high school and the drinks have never disappointed me. My go to then and my go to now is the Taro Slush | 100% sugar | Coconut Jelly + Tapioca Pearls or Strawberry Latte | 100% Sugar | Less Ice. The occasion promotional drinks are decent, nothing surprising. Since they first opened they have added a couple shelves in the store selling little items and accessories such as plushies, pens, little figures, notebooks etc.
