As a visitor to Ottawa, my local friend took me here for lunch, but unfortunately, we went too close to the closing time, and couldnt order & dine-in the menus we wanted to get. So we ended up just getting a blueberry cronut (croissant & donut) to go, which was amazing! I wish I got more than 1 of this if I knew how good it was.

Even though we went in late, the staff was nicr enough trying to give us recommendations for alternate restaurants for late lunch.

I would love to come back to dine-in for their lunch next time I visit, as their lunch menus seem amazing (ex: hot honey chicken burger)!

Horrible experience. I ordered the grilled cheese with cheddar, havarti, and carmelized onions. Asked if it was on plain sourdough and the server said yes. The side salad was covered with sesame seeds (not noted on the menu) and the sourdough bread contained sesame seeds as well (not noted on the menu.) I am allergic to sesame seeds and it’s a top 10 allergen in Canada. When they tried to replace my grilled cheese, they served me the pathetic sandwich pictured with a Kraft single-style cheese on it. I didn’t even eat it and then was made to pay for the French toast I finally did order and ate after my friend was already done her meal. Lack of customer service, lack of menu transparency. I won’t go back.

Solid bakery and coffee place. Some great food using their bread . Food was great, had an almond croissant that was very crumbly and hard. It happens and I won’t hold it against them , could be how they intended them to be had but no issues I’ll be back and get another

Show them this picture and order this(forgot the name of it) but it was the yummiest brunch i had in a while. They also have homemade tomato sauce that tastes nothing like i have ever tasted before very flavourful.
The service is ok and atmosphere doesn’t have much to offer but the food was yummy.

We were asked to tip before we received our food which was a bit surprising as we wanted it for there and not to go. Staff did not quite interact with us as we were being served. The food was good but unfortunately too expensive, especially the breakfast sandwich. Would go again for more pastries and less hot food.
