Love coming here. Great atmosphere and very friendly service. Above everything, the food is amazing. Beef carne, chicken de pollo, tres leches, all is amazing. I always buy too much lol.

Great Latin American grocer – probably the best in Ottawa – with products from a variety of countries and hot food including tamales and empanadas. I buy my fresh tortillas and everything I need to make Mexican and Peruvian food here, and they always have almost everything I need (though fewer Peruvian products, understandably). It is larger and in a nicer space than many similar stores in the city, and is definitely worth driving to even if you are not in the area. I can’t speak too much to the authenticity of products/food here from other Latin American countries as I have not spent much time in them, but everything I have eaten of their prepared food has tasted great, and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Such a lovely find! I had a tasty and nice meal of tasty spicy chorizo empanada, sweet corn tamales, refreshing Jamaica and a nice desert (slice of Flan!) for just under $20! I highly recommend and will be coming back for more.

The corn dumplings are full of grains and have a buttery aroma. They are quite delicious and not too sweet. The original flavor of corn is more prominent. The beef rolls are very large. They are served with red peppers. The filling is of the meat-to-vegetable ratio being more meat series. Moreover, the cheese inside can be pulled into strings. It’s a store with a particularly nice environment.

Very clean and organized store with an awesome staff that are very polite and helpful.

Tried the Alfajores (sweet pastry) and they were really good. Just the right amount of sweetness.

Also tried the Pastelito (stuffed crust) and it was really good with the garlic dip. I did find it a bit expensive for the size of it, but the flavour is really good.
