Chris’s Ice Cream

What a local gem! I went by today and got 2 different flavours, the Raspberry Sorbet and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch ice cream, and they were both phenomenal!! Extremely flavourful and very smooth and creamy. I will be back!!!

stumbled upon chris while searching for a craving for my wife. Super fast response to my inquiry and I got lucky he happened to make the flavour she wanted and had a batch ready for a market. I grabbed 3 pints of chili chocolate and it was a hit. I tried the 1/2 Pint of Toasted Marshmallow both were delicious.

I’ve been on the hunt for a toasted marshmallow ice cream for close to two decades and after a quick google, saw that Chris’ had this as a flavour but was out of stock! In a panic, I emailed Chris who very promptly responded letting me know that he was working on a new batch. I think I can honestly say that the toasted marshmallow ice cream was probably the closest to capturing the magical taste of a toasted marshmallow in all of Ottawa! Also highly recommend the watermelon sorbet. Thank you Chris for helping a girl out!!

Edit: have since picked up the ferrero rocher and mango sorbet, and can confirm that Chris seems to have the ability to perfectly translate flavours into ice cream-from. Incredible!!!

Chris’s ice cream is the best in town😋😋😋 I usually don’t care for ice cream but after trying your scrumptious ice cream today I’m addicted. I really enjoyed all the different flavours combination and excited to go back for more. There are so many flavours and I’m planning to try them all. I gave some to my family and everyone said very delicious. Chris is incredibly talented. Thank you for the amazing service!

Delicious, delicious, delicious! My first time here and I will be back. I took advantage of the February 1st occasion of “International eat ice cream for breakfast day.” So fun! The special flavours of the day that I bought and tried were the cinnamon croissant ice cream sandwich, fruit loops, and banana french toast. All of them tasted exactly like what they were named. I took them home for my family to try. While there, I also bought some of the other ice creams: toffee oreo, and salted caramel. We loved all of them. Creamy, and yummy!
I met the owner Chris, a friendly, and charming man.
Also sold here is artisan coffee, and other local goods.
Takeout only, and the parking area can fit two or three cars.
This place is a hidden gem!
