Good place to shop (as you are likely to find most African food stuff there). However, the owner (staff?) isn’t very nice, and sometimes the store is closed for days.

This is the worst shop with worst customer service. He thinks that everyone with a luggage is a thief. Very unprofessional. Worse experience ever. He has been rude to me on many occasions. I will never go there again. Sometimes vegetable are rotten but still keep them on the racks 🤢🤢🤢. Infection control issue.

Respect your business hours. I have never showed up at this store and they were open on time. It’s absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing for a business.

This is the worst grocery shop I have ever visited in Ottawa. As they assume everyone who walks in is a thief. As a first timer in that shop I didn’t know I have to put all my carryon at the entrance of their shop and whiles shop someone who might probably be the owner or whatever ever walked to me and rudely told be I don’t have to shop with my personal bags the shop then I told him am sorry and didn’t know as that day was my first time there and all he could say was I should have read on the door. Hello!!!! You could have been nice about it and I personally will never shop there and will not encourage anyone one else to expect that bad behaviour. And the worst of it all that was not the actual shop I was looking for to go.

They are friendly staff and have the best variety of African food in one place. Their staff will often help me with my girlfriend for groceries with putting them in the car. And even tho this place is 23 min away from my house, it is Worth the drive. Recommended for any African as you can get food from your country.
