Cosenza Bar and Cafe

A very authentic Italian pub that you might see in Cosenza Italy. The owner Robert, and staff we’re friendly and fantastic the food was delicious.
You could really tell that Robert and his wife went out of their way to make their little restaurant something special!
We had their special of the day which was an amazing meatball sandwich and a 3 meat and cheese on panini with a Chianti.
For dessert we had some of their homemade almond cookies which were just like the ones my Italian Aunt Mary used to make when I was a kid.

Cosenza Café is truly a gem! The food is absolutely delicious, the coffee is the best you’ll find, and the people who work here make you feel right at home. Every visit is warm, welcoming, and full of good vibes. I even celebrated my birthday here and it was the most amazing experience the charcuterie board was incredible! It’s one of those places you look forward to coming back to again and again. Highly recommend!

Reddit calls this the most dangerous bar in Ottawa, and they’re right– a dangerously good time. The only bar that somehow has bussin’ haired zoomers at night and a good hang of old fellas in the day and evening, it is truly a community center where generations bond on their love of the best iced coffee in the city

I don’t know why I recently discovered/tried this place while passing by, the vibes attracted me! I will definitely come back, and always in favor of family business!

The owners are super helpful and kind, their sangria is tasty, panini too! And the coffee with their lemon cookie is delicious!

This is a nice little spot for a coffee and desert. The coffee sure was great!! They do serve alcohol and have some other food options as well. It’s nice atmosphere especially on the patio deck which overlooks Preston Street. It’s a pleasant place and I definitely will return 😎👍
