The owner literally hand-makes everything from scratch, right in front of you — from the sauces to the perfectly cooked meats. The bread for his sandwiches are made with 100% Italian flour flown in, and every recipe comes straight from his roots growing up in Italy with his skilled mother. Even the veggies are fresh, vibrant, and add to the homemade feel. You can taste the pride and tradition in every bite. This guy is a true master of his craft — an authentic one-of-one in Ottawa. Once you try it, you’ll be hooked.
