As a non-kombucha person, I don’t know much. However, I think I can justify my rating:

I bought a 12 pack as a gift for my mom. Turns out she had a flavour before and liked it. What a win for Christmas! A loved gift is a good gift.

The flavour of the month (at least for December 2025, anyway) was Chai. My mom usually doesn’t like Indian chai flavours, so I had it. I think I don’t like (or at least haven’t liked) Kombucha, but I do like this flavour, so idk if this is for introducing people into the Kombucha world, or high quality, but I like it and am thankful.

In addition, even if I didn’t like it (and kind of expected I wouldn’t), the customer service was stellar. They responded quick (email primarily). Called me when I was asking for a call, and when I screwed up my order (twice!), they were accommodating to my mistakes and helped make things right. All in all, this was an excellent service to a product that was better than I expected. I don’t think I’ve become a Kombucha person… But this has made me more amenable to it 😊

Addition/edit: since posting this, my mom said the blueberry flavour was the best Kombucha she has ever had. So that’s yet another great point in their favour!

I have never been here personally but their customer service it TOP TIER my brother purchased their variety pack for my mom for Christmas. There was a bit of a mix up on his end, but they made Christmas magical and I will make sure everyone knows it!

The Kombucha here is amazing! Amazing people, strongly support this business.

This company is so full of soul. The founders, community and product are all so aligned. This type of integrity is rare, and I will always support this initiative, and endorse the product.

Speaking strictly about the product, the drink is delicious, healthy, and made with an extreme attention to detail. They’ve also been doing this for a long time, and have committed themselves to continuous improvement. Today this product is liquid gold.

Knowing that you can buy a product that supports people as they go through some of the most difficult seasons of life should be an example to all business owners, to find a purpose that’s bigger than the product.

Ordered there batch of 12 asst bottles. Now this is nothing against them and comes down to personal preference. After trying all the different flavours, it’s not really a kombucha for me. I feel it’s closer to being like pop than what I’m used to. I’ve tasted many kombuchas that have a very similar taste to this brand. The root beer was probably the one I thought was the best flavour if I had to pick one.Once again it’s personal preference. Otherwise my experience with the company is top notch. The quality of the packaging and care taken in shipping was very good. They were prompt answering questions. I wish them all the best in their endeavours. I still gave them a five because it’s more just a me thing.
