Great sandwiches. They emphasis quality over speed. Got the feeling they would prefer to make a superior sandwich rather than giving a subpar product. This is truly appreciated!

The place is small…really small. And people should realize it’s sandwiches on the left and candied club sandwiches on the right. You will not be eating there…place is jammed pack with customers and rightly so.

The jalapeno cheese bread offers the right amount of kick for those wishing a little spice. The Italian herb is equally tasty.

Got the Italian Hero and the Club Supreme. Kept it simple with just lettuce and mayo. But they had quite an offering of toppings and sauce.

Overall – One of the better sandwich spots in Ottawa that isn’t just social media hype. Definitely a recommend.

This is a busy spot for good reason: very good sandwiches. It was my first visit and I know that I will be going back again. I had the fuhgeddaboudit on a jalapeno cheddar bun and all the fixings with mustard and mayo…it was excellent. I could only eat half of the sandwich for lunch, so then ate the other half for dinner. The sandwich likely had twice the amount of meat than a 12″ subway sub. I am curious to try a soup or salad and perhaps a different sandwich on my next visit.

The place is small and was a bit chaotic when we arrived, with some of us trying to find the end of the line. The small wait time gives you the time to deliberate on what you will order. Staff were friendly and very good at what they do!

I’d recommend this spot for anyone who likes a substantial sandwich.

Parked right in front of the store to get flowers from a store in the same plaza at 10 AM and then all of a sudden I see this place open opening their doors and lots of people walking inside this restaurant that I have not seen or heard of before!
Couldn’t hold myself from not going inside and seeing what’s happening and when I went inside, I heard everyone ordering the same sandwich candid club sandwich !! I ended up ordering one too, and guess what this is. The best sandwich I’ve ever had in Ottawa so far!! 😍🚀👌

This is one of my favorite sandwiches in Ottawa. I hope more people can know about them and try their sandwiches. They are really delicious, with a lot of meat. It’s a family-run store and the owner is always very friendly. Every sandwich is delicious. I recommend every kind to everyone. The price is very reasonable and the portions are super generous. People are already waiting at the door when it opens at 10 a.m. Everyone loves their sandwiches. I need to eat one sandwich in two times because it’s so big. I suggest everyone go there earlier because there will be a long queue during meal times.

This place makes the absolute best sandwiches in the entire city. In fact, could be the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. It definitely has to do with their homemade buns. The Italian herb is outstanding and the jalapeño cheddar is out of this world. The team is extremely kind And they work hard to serve their customers. Well the quality of meats and cheeses in the entire products is top-of-the-line speaking of lines. This place has a lineup out the door most days that it’s open. time to franchise?
