CRAFT Beer Market Ottawa

I like this place, it shows all the major sporting events, there’s a nice staff, good beer selection. Of course it still has chain restaurant food, but I think you could do much worse in Lansdowne. Extra points for supporting women’s hockey and the Ottawa Charge.

Went for the beer, stayed for the vibes. The food was incredible! They have the best selection of sour beer in the area! Staff was also super friendly!

This place is great, especially for late-night vibes for food and drinks! Went for a little date night in the fall, and we were greeted with amazing hospitality service! I highly recommend their Amaretto Sour! Huge shoutout to the bartender Dalton! Dalton has made the BEST Amaretto Sour I have had in this city!

visited Craft Beer Market last night and ordered the Signature Steak cooked medium rare. Unfortunately, the steak was overcooked to the point of being burnt and was excessively salty, which significantly affected the quality of the dish and did not meet my expectations.

That said, I would like to acknowledge the excellent service provided by our waitress. She noticed our concern promptly, was courteous and professional, and ensured that the dish was replaced without any hesitation. Her attentiveness and positive attitude were greatly appreciated and reflected well on the service staff.

While the customer service was commendable, the initial food quality fell short of what I expected from this restaurant. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as there is room for improvement on the kitchen side to better match the standard of service provided by the staff.

We had an amazing experience at Craft Beer House in Lansdowne, especially thanks to our server Shawn. We came in with a large group of 14, and Shawn handled everything effortlessly with a great attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail. Orders were accurate, drinks and food came out smoothly, and no one felt overlooked despite the size of our group.
Shawn was friendly, patient, and made the whole night run seamlessly, which is not easy with such a big table (tbh we would come back just for him). He really elevated our experience and made everyone feel welcome. Highly recommend Craft Beer House, and if you’re there, definitely ask for Shawn!

Had dinner with one of my friends. Server gave us great recommendations and overall created a great dining experience. Food and drinks were absolutely amazing. Had such a good night here, I highly recommend! Shoutout to Chloe and Cassandra for the great service 🙂
