Great local ice cream shop!

We arrived at 9pm and there was a line out the door. We waited and learned that only one employee was working (scooping and cashing out). Not ideal for them, however, the ice cream was delicious.

Our flavours were vanilla, strawberry, and london fog as they only had a few flavours left.

Portions were large. Two scoops are $7.50.

I would highly recommend!

Great cones, great service, good ice cream.

They hand-make their own waffle cones. They are both tasty and remain crunchy. Great idea.

Ice cream is both smooth and creamy. They don’t have a huge selection, but what they have is pretty good.

Tried the dark chocolate ice cream, and it was just a little bit bitter (which is how it’s supposed to be). I really liked it.

Also tried the vanilla and it was a bit of a surprise. I didn’t really taste the vanilla. It was creamy, but couldn’t pickup on the vanilla.

There are two little tables if you want to sit down, but it’s at the front of the store and it feels like you’re on display for people walking in.

Overall I enjoyed the ice cream and would definitely try them again.

Spacious, open concept ice cream parlor. Hand crafted ice creams, hand crafted waffle cones. Very nice service. They have classic flavours as well as new creative ones, vegan flavours and nut free options. Prices are average, the quality is quite a bit above average. #localguide

I have been enjoying Haven’s Creamery since they opened a year ago. If you like handcrafted ice cream with local ingredients then this is the place for you! There are usually 12 flavours to choose from which is the perfect amount because there is something for everyone and not so many choices that you are stuck deciding. My favourite flavours thus far include Cereal Milk, Raspberry Cheesecake, London Fog, Butter Tart, Yellow Doll Sorbet and I want to highlight the Dark Chocolate because it’s the most incredible chocolate ice cream I’ve ever had! They also have a really cool trike you can rent for events (think old school Dickie Dee) I saw them at the Orleans Beer Fest and enjoyed a small pint with my drink. I’m excited to see what’s up next on the menu!! 😝🥰😺

A great addition to the Ottawa ice-cream scene. The space is modern and artistic.They also have very strategic private seating areas which I loved. When we went in they had 8 different flavours, some traditional and others unique. We ended up getting the apple crisp, London fog, dark chocolate and chocolate mint. We liked all the flavours but found them a tad sweet. Our favourite was the mint chocolate and London fog. In addition, the portions are huge – I was not able to finish my two scoops. I would recommend getting either one scoop or sharing a bowl with a friend/partner. The prices are also very competitive compared to the other shops in the same area. This place is definitely worth the stop!
