It was ok… The food didn’t blow me away. Service was good and atmosphere was nice

I’m always greeted with the most friendly and welcoming staff. Food is delicious and the breakfast potatoes are to die for. I love supporting family-owned and local businesses who put so much care and attention into every detail. 10/10 recommend for a fun and tasty brunch.

Excellent family owned and operated business. Food was delicious, no wait for a Sunday Brunch. Check it out for a home cooked feel.

We first went to Village Café for brunch in July 2024 and we loved it! Delicious food and great portions.

We also heard that their Greek nights were amazing so when we were looking for a place to have a private event, we reached out to see if they could host a party for us in the evening.

First, working with Jordan was wondeful. We are located in another province and coordinated everything with her remotely. We set up a limited menu for guests to pre-order (Thor Burger, Village Salad, Dirty Greek Pita, Salmon and chicken tenders for the kids) and they provided trays of appetizers (tzatziki and grilled pitas, dolmades, spanakopita and vegetable tray). They also provided a bar for us and the white wine sangria was very popular!

We were able to decorate an hour before the party and they were very timely in putting out the appetizers and the food service for 35 people.

The portions were generous and so delicious! Everyone was very pleased with the party. Big thanks to Village Café for their excellent service and delicious food – we will go back everytime we are in town!

I have been to The Village Cafe on weekends a few times in the past. This time around it was a Monday visit and was hoping for a quiet breakfast BUT the place was bustling and folks were still coming in and waiting their turn.

Service is right up to the mark. I haven’t had to wait to grab their attention. Anytime a server walked past they asked if I needed anything.

Food is fresh and tasty (see the pics). The place has a family diner kinda feel and fits very well in the over Stittsville village ambiance.

For atmosphere to get 5 stars they should seriously consider adding patio seating
