The Keg Steakhouse + Bar – Hunt Club

We visited on Valentine’s Day 2026 and got a table after an hour of waiting from walking in, as promised when I called in advance to ask.

We ordered the escargot appetizer, which was really good. Then we shared the seasonal 26 oz. T-bone steak with the rice and added extra seasonal vegetables. I had a custom made cocktail with a neat dehydrated piece of pineapple as garnish and she had a glass of Shiraz wine, which was on the sweet side, as promised.

Christine was a GREAT waitress; she visited us multiple times, including with each course. She spent several minutes explaining the drinking menu the seasonal menu answering all of my questions. She was also very charming and sweet and said nice things to us.

She said she would have the kitchen bring the t-bone steak pre-sliced for us, especially since we were sharing it. She then noticed from afar that it was not sliced when it arrived, so came and took it back in to the back to get sliced for us. I was impressed with her level of attention to detail.

She even took photos for us after we were done eating and settling the bill.

We had a nice experience at The Keg Steakhouse. Since there are no halal options, we ordered only seafood. Overall, the food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant with friendly service. The seafood dishes were enjoyable, though the salmon was a little dry.

Still a solid dining experience, and a good option if you’re choosing seafood.

First time visiting this location….it was so busy but we’ll organized. Our server was top notch….supper was amazing. ..if you haven’t been to the Keg…worth it!! The bread and butter served before we ate was sooo yummy. I had the blackened chicken and he had the Kansas City Strip loin…both dishes were 10/10

What can I say? Everything about this place is amazing. Food is absolutely incredible and their steak is delicious and joyful. New Year’s eve was absolutely magnificent in this place.
Broke the waitress is outstanding and so helpful.

I had an alright experience here.

I had a reservation for 19:30, I was told to wait until the table was ready. I waited past my reservation time. I understand it can get busy, but I really dislike the experience of waiting and it demeans the nature of “reservation” to mot be timely. There was a spot in the reservation request to put requests. I put some, but these were not met, which is fine due to circumstances, but not even a mention of the requests not being met, so I doubt significantly that anyone other than me read them.

Service at the table was excellent.

I had some of the seasonal offerings, they were alright. Kansas City Striploin – cooked as requested, acceptable. Yorkshire pudding, not really super. Mulled wine, good.

Very busy location, understood, but it felt very busy. I could not, in good conscience, recommend this place for a private/romantic/quiet dinner. This is more of a lively or party spot; which is fine, but bear that in mind.

Price for the meal was acceptable.

I received an email from the manager, which is a nice touch. Overall, the experience was aggressively average, and unless I am specifically invited here, I will not return, but it is simply not a place for me.
