Sushi haru haru

Probably you know that Korea is not worse than Japan in their ‘sushi’s. And this place, the owners and many of the staff are Koreans. Their sushis are exactly how the Japanese sushis taste. In addition you can try Korean cuisines made in original Korean way.

Went there for a late afternoon lunch. Food was delicious and fairly priced. Note the portions are a bit smaller, which is aligned with the prices.

We’ll have to come back to try the sushis, but can confirm the Korean fried chicken, bulgogi and tempura were delicious! Miso was generous with tofu and seaweed! They should serve their Korean fried chicken as a main dish as it’s perfectly made! Bigger portions priced accordingly would sell well… with us at least 😂.

Recommended, we’ll visit again for sure.

A Hidden Gem!

Sushi Haru Haru is hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. The food was absolutely incredible, every bite packed with flavor, freshness, and heart. The Korean dishes were the most delicious I’ve ever tasted, and the sushi? To. Die. For. You can truly taste the love and craftsmanship in every roll.

What makes this place even more special is that it’s a warm, family-run restaurant. Su, the chef and the heart of the kitchen (and also the mom!), made us feel so welcome. It’s clear she pours her soul into every dish. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the hospitality is unmatched.

Thank you for an amazing experience, Su and family, we will definitely be back!

Just went for my second visit (dining in ). I enjoyed the Yakisoba with shrimp so much that I ordered it the second time , I will have to make a point of trying other items from the menu.
I found that the portion size was just right and that the ingredients were flavourful and fresh.
My only small peeve is the bite size shrimp , I realize that all ingredients are very expensive these days but it appears that the shrimps are cut into small pieces maybe in order to economize but the flavourful ingredients , ambiance and good service make for a great experience.

I am very happy to have found this place. The sushi was amazing and I can’t wait to try more of their menu next time I come. I had a couple of dragon (green and red) rolls and other classic makis. It was delicious and well presented. I wish the place was bigger, but we were lucky to have found a table available for dinner. It is a very busy place for dine-in and take out, but it is worth the wait. The service was very good too, everyone was super nice and friendly. We are coming back soon!
