I made an order for 3.5kg of mixed nougat, each flavour I ordered was 500g, however one of the bags was 320grams and another was 413 grams… I paid $113… which is already way too much compared to buying in the store and worse to not receive the amount I ordered. I paid $10 for next day shipping. It took 5 days to receive it. They didn’t ship it because the man said he didn’t know how to. When I called to see why it’s delayed the man answering the phone said he doesn’t speak English. When I purchased in store I asked for a gold box which I was provided , this time I asked for a box and was not given one. The sweets were poured into a small very dirty cardboard box and sent to me like that. (UPS will provide you with beautiful clean boxes if you ask) I called two times after I received the order to talk to someone about it, both times he said his son who speaks English (son is about 12 yrs old by the way) is not there to talk to me , I also sent an email that was never answered. I don’t leave bad reviews lightly but they don’t want to discuss it with me.

I like the product, but I don’t like the service. I don’t recommend them. Also, It was a gift and it arrived very late. Overall it was very disappointing

Today I visited Al-Saadi Nuts for the first time, and I was genuinely impressed. The customer service was excellent, and the quality of the products was outstanding. The owner was extremely kind and generous, offering me samples of their delicious nuts until I was completely full. They also treated me to a very tasty coffee, which made the experience even better.

Honestly, they deserve more than five stars. I will definitely be coming back again!

I came on a visit from Quebec to Ottawa, and it was truly the best roastery in terms of product, quality, and service. The taste is incomparable, the coffee was top notch, and the gentleman there was very kind and generous. I tasted the Syrian Halawat al-Jibn (Halawet al-Jibn) and I had half a kilo of it, but I wished I had had more because it was so well made and delicious. Thank you very much for your work and wonderful service.

Excellent coffee and a great selection of roasted nuts, chocolate, spices and many middle eastern grocery items. They also offer delicious desserts and ice-cream.

The service is exceptional and genuinely friendly, so feel free to ask your questions and inquire about the many items they sell.

Also, here’s a great tip … if you’re looking for oud or musk fragrances and oils, surprisingly this is the place to go. Unlike other shops, they have opened product for you to sample before you buy, and it’s all great quality oils and fragrances direct from the UAE at excellent prices.
