Pot & Pantry

I visited this lovely shop this week! Considering the quality of their merchandise, their prices are more than reasonable. I bought some Bodum items: a kettle, a French press, and a coffee grinder, among other things. I’m very satisfied with the excellent service from the staff! It’s a very welcoming place!

Very lovely personnel greeting immediate at entry. Was allowed to peruse without interruption. Very busy and popular store. Always unique gift ideas and space saving ideas. Top quality. VERY important tiny accessories you may never gave a chance to buy anywhere else. HUGE selection. LAYOUT VERY SOPHISTICATED. JUST a bit cramped. I think everything was great but the cashout area is too
Overwhelming and distracting as you see things after purchase and then decide to go. DUE to smallness of cashout area its hard to navigate so people put things on counter and wait behind you. No space to stand or wait due to traffic. STILL OVERALL…. A PLEASANT ENVIRONMENT.

We’re here visiting from North Bay & always love coming back to see Ottawa, as we lived here many years ago. Spent a few minutes picking up a few things from both of your stores & so enjoyed your products & the lovely customer service. A pleasure indeed! Thank you very much!

The service from this store is excellent.
I placed an order for some spices and I received them before the estimated time with a nice note from them thanking me for the business. I will definitely go and visit the store in person when I am in Ottawa.

I was very impressed with my recent order that I placed online on a Friday afternoon. My order was delivered Tuesday along with a handwritten note to thank me for supporting their small business. This was a very nice touch! I definitely recommend this store 🙂
