Best Italian in and around Ottawa. Staff were amazing and the food was to die for. Buns from the oven, the perfect Ceasar salad and homemade spaghetti and meatballs. You will need a reservation because of the short opening hours, but you will not be disappointed.

Eccellente! Loved the food and cozy atmosphere of this wonderful Italian restaurant. We had the Bruschetta and Fried Pickles for appetizer, and Porto a Pizza and Carbonara for main. The portion sizes are big so we had some awesome takeaway for the next day. Will for sure be back to try more menu items. Service was also courteous, friendly, warm, and inviting. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

The best meal I’ve had in the Barrhaven area in a long time. I hadn’t been seen they moved to a new location, and the smaller space serves them well. It is essentially reservation only, and it can be tricky to secure one. Adds to the allure. Service was 10/10, music reminiscent of the 1920’s, and the food was great. Escargot, smelts, multiple pasta dishes, tiramisu, cappuccinos, everything was executed very well. It surpassed expectations.

Make a reservation because unless your luck is great, there is a line – and for a darn good reason! The food is fantastic and the staff are amazing. We’ve been once and I can promise you we’re going again!

Wow wow wow! What a delicious experience!! Service was incredible and the food was to die for!!! Every meal brought to the table was delicious and the pasta was cooked perfectly ! The portion sizes are huge and the prices extremely fair for the quality and portions. I cannot wait to go back and try everything on the menu. Make sure to make reservations as the place is super tiny.
