I’ve been frequenting this store for the past 26 years, passing through 4 different owners. I have never encountered such poor quality product and customer service like this. When I called the store to inform their disgusting product that I paid more than $10 for, the guy had the nerve to tell me that I didn’t know how to handle it. The pork skin is so freezer-burnt that it changed the skin color and there was disintegrated part on the same piece. He also told me that he sold it to restaurants!!! After sending me proof he agreed to reimburse and tossed the pork skin in trash. Some weeks later I stopped by to buy other food and asked him to deduct $10 from my bill. He refused to do so and said I should be glad that he take $6 off. He repeatedly told me that I agreed to pay for it and he wouldn’t do anything else to rectify the problem. Asian grocery stores are not known for cleanliness or proper food storage but this kind of irresponsible behaviour and blaming customers for their disgusting products is beyond my comprehension.

Was sold expired products. The first pack of dried shrimp was expired. The cashier noticed, got me another one and it was still expired when I got home. like literally moulding. it was also way too warm in there, which probably isn’t good for the condition of some of the food.

They have fresh Vietnamese desserts and pre made banh mi. Nice staff that speaks English if you need it.

I purchased a coconut milk dessert with jackfruit from their fridge as well as a pandan and mung bean glutinous rice dessert from the front of the store. I also purchase MSG. They also have pork buns, banh cuon, sesame balls, and more amazing desserts!

Pandan glutinous rice cake and the square pandan layer cake slices with mung bean are both amazing.

They also sell herbs commonly used in Vietnamese cuisine. Good prices for most of those.

They take cash and debit only.

A classic typical Asian marketplace store. Very helpful and friendly. Very crowded as there are many customers and it is not a huge place!! There is a large variety of typical Asian produce, fish and other delicacies. Reasonable prices. #localguide
