Lil Z’s Pizza

The pizza here is SO good. Definitely try the eggplant parm pizza!! I’ve been at least 3 times and the quality of food is always amazing, and every staff member who has served us has been great. Really nice vibes in here if you eat in, but the pizza slices to take out are also great. Love that there are real slices of parmesan cheese on top of the pizza. Looking forward to eating here again!

Pricey but the salad, calamari and pizza were really. Wait staff were friendly and attentive. I wouldn’t hesitate to eat here again.

I stopped by on my own today while taking in the 2026 Winterlude events, and this ended up being a perfect warm break from the festival. Even solo, the atmosphere felt welcoming and relaxed. The service was excellent, and Emily was especially helpful — she guided me through the drink options and recommended the Hotfire Pizza, which turned out to be a great choice. Really appreciated her friendly attitude and thoughtful suggestions. A simple stop that added something nice to the day, and I’ll definitely come back.

Just a small tip for future visitors: paying by credit card adds a 2.4% surcharge to the total bill. Not a big deal, but good to know ahead of time.

I normally love this place. However, as you can see whoever made this pizza didnt give one ounce of effort initially I thought it could’ve been how it arrived but on closer examination the pepperoni were melted into the pizza itself indicating it was done during production. In the end I wont be ordering from here any longer and I would recommend people to reconsider. The overall quality and care seem to have gone to the dumps and this order reflects that. I am gravely disappointed in what once was a top 3 pizza place in this city.

I have been here maybe 4 times and each time I come here I never have a bad meal! I get my usual – pepperoni slice, garlic parm dip, and a 7up can and that’s less than $10! Each time I come here, Louise is always so helpful and on the ball with everything whether it’s waiting tables or cleaning them she always does amazing.

One of the best pizza joints in the city!! Visiting from Toronto and got hooked on awesome pizza at Frankie’s in Montreal so decided to give this spot a try and wasn’t disappointed! Got the meat lovers for the adults and the cheese pizza for the kids and it was so good the kids ate it all up! The crust was perfect and the pizza sauce was to die for! Highly recommended and will definitely be returning next time we’re in Ottawa.
