La Cité des Saveurs – Flavor City

Very expensive, doesnt have enough flavour, the chicken briyani hardly has chicken. They gave me a “yoghurt” sauce that was mayo.

I noticed there was finally an Indian restaurant in the food court, so I had to give it a try—and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The beef curry was perfectly seasoned and tasted very authentic.

Very different from the other restaurants in the food court. It was a last second decision and I really recommend it. I had the small bowl Lamb and it was delicious. Next time I come here, I will go for the butter chicken.

The beef curry was very well seasoned and tasted very authentic if you are familiar with proper Indian food. The Kerala paratha is such a nice option to have as it isn’t easy to find unless you go to a south Indian restaurant. The desserts are dangerously addictive! The gulab jamun cheesecake comes with plenty of jamuns and balanced sweetness.
The price is very affordable and portion size is good.
We also got a chance to talk to the owner and chef, Sam, who was very polite and friendly!
I would highly recommend this place and I look forward to going back to try their other items!

The spice level was perfect! Just enough kick to bring out those Indian flavors without being too much. You can really taste that modern twist they talked about. Everything looked fresh and clean, and the flavors work even if you’re not used to super spicy food.
