The food was fantastic. We drove from Ottawa to pick it up. The decor and vibe will trow you off, but pull through, the food is worth it

I’m updating my review as customer service plays a crucial role in shaping the overall experience. While the food is enjoyable, there’s an issue with one of the employees handling orders. She appears to be in her 50s and has been consistently rude and arrogant during interactions. On multiple occasions, her lack of patience and poor greeting has left a negative impression. This behavior not only affects customers but also reflects poorly on the business. I believe some client service training or a refresher could be beneficial for her. I hope the owner sees this feedback, as it could have a significant impact on the quality of service and the reputation of the business.

Called to order some food for 3. Service was quick and very friendly. Got the 2 fried rice, chicken balls, short ribs, egg rolls and the almond chicken came with 2 sauces. It was all delicious.

I had amazing food at Buffet Gong Gong! The Kung Pao Chicken was the standout dish; it was flavorful and just the right amount of spicy. Not to be missed were the delectable and freshly made dumplings. In light of the quality and portion amounts, the pricing are fair. I’m eager to return and peruse more of the menu. Strongly advised!

Nice little place, staff were very polite and removed empty plates quickly without having the feeling like they are hovering over you. The taste of the food was good but the down fall is that there isn’t much of a selection and the pans were all only half filled or less, some didn’t get refilled until the whole pan was empty and some were never refilled. For the desserts there isn’t a huge selection but none of the cakes or pastries tastes fresh. Overall for the price, hospitality and the buffet items they did have it was a good time out.
