Gatineau Maison de nouilles

After seeing all the reviews I really got excited and wanted to try their pho, I was very disappointed. I paid 19$ in total for a small just for the broth to be flavorless and for me to regret spending that money there.

Pho was amazing! Very filling – XL portion was good for 2 people. Fresh rolls though we’re a bit chewy but peanut sauce was yummy.
Spent $40 for 2.

The fried rice fried with onions, which enrich the flavour. The beef broth is good. The vibe of restaurant and service are all good.

Wow. Best Pho so far yet, and believe me We have tried many places. Service was excellent. I have found my new favorite spot!!!!

The whole place feels very authentic, and the food was good with large and filling portions, the prices are also reasonably priced.
Service was also brilliant, the owners were attentive and commonly came to refill water.

Overall, great food, great portions and great service, really not much else to ask for from a restaurant.
If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely come back.
