The pasta is perfectly al dente, sauces are deeply flavorful, and the presentation shows real care and craftsmanship. We enjoyed 3 bottles of Felino red wine 🍷, what an incredibly delicious treat!

Fratelli has that rare combination of top-tier cuisine, heartfelt service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to linger long after the last bite. An absolute must-visit for anyone craving an authentic Italian dining experience in Ottawa.

Amazing Valentine’s dinner! Atmosphere was lovely, waitress was lovely, and the food was mostly amazing!
Tried the burrata starter and was in absolute heaven, it was delicious! My only thing was I ordered pasta for dinner and it was a bit tough, I know restaurants cook to al dente, but this was this was still a bit tougher than that. I also found it was very under sauced. The flavor was amazing, but definitely would benefit from more sauce being put on pasta dishes. Waitress was very kind to bring more sauce for me though! I’m sure both of these things were due to a very busy night.
Overall great night, hard to find an Italian restaurant that holds up to your standards when you are Italian yourself and they absolutely did great. Will definitely be back again 🙂 thanks guys!

I had an amazing dinner at Fratelli’s and have to give a huge shout-out to Juliana and Luca for their outstanding service. From the moment I sat down, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely made me feel welcome.

I ordered the chicken parm, and it was absolutely perfect — crispy, flavourful, and easily one of the best I’ve had in the city. The whole experience felt effortless and well taken care of, thanks to the fantastic staff.

If you’re looking for great food paired with exceptional service, Fratelli’s is the place to go. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I found this review difficult to write after seeing all the wonderful comments about the food—perhaps the kitchen was just having an off night when we visited. The Beet Salad was excellent, but we found our mains rather tasteless and not quite the Italian flavours we’re used to in Sault Ste. Marie, ON.

That said, the restaurant itself was very charming, with authentic Italian décor and lovely music that created a warm atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and even allowed us to come in early for our reservation. They even discounted our bill after our server asked if we made the right choices.

One thing to keep in mind is that the bathrooms are located down a long staircase, which may be challenging for some guests.

Overall, a beautiful setting with great service—hopefully just an off night in the kitchen.

I had my wedding reception at Fratelli in May and it was the perfect dinner and perfect location! The staff were above and beyond incredible and the atmosphere was romantic and comfortable. They are incredibly accommodating to all dietary restrictions and allergies. I would say we will definitely be back but we already have been!
