Aahar The Taste of India (Alta Vista)

We went for supper on Valentine’s day. It wasn’t our first time there and again the food was amazing, the service was great and we were not disappointed. I even got a rose when we left. Monica was joyful and responsive. A good evening overall. Highly recommended.

We went here a couple of nights ago for dinner, and it was just as good as I remember it! I had the kadai paneer and garlic naan, my partner had the mushroom paneer masala, and we shared the aloo tiki… all were very tasty! The server was super busy with delivery orders yet we still felt attended to! Will be back!

Food is okish if you are very hungry you can go here for quick bites. Briyani was terrible…but chicken curry was good.
Monika was very humble and sweet and her services were awesome.

That is a remarkable place: the quality/price is great. We had buffet menu for lunch, and we were warmly welcomed and served. The chai tea was excellent.
If the food runs out, Monika is quick to replace and bring new stock.
The atmosphere/ cannot judge as it was past 1pm and there were many people, but I guess it is a family-friend restaurant.
The food was excellent. Much perfume and large choice.

I ordered Lamb Biryani and gave them an hour and a half to prepare it, knowing that authentic biryani usually takes time to cook properly. As a true biryani lover, I was very disappointed with what I received—it wasn’t biryani at all. Instead, it was just plain rice mixed with lamb curry, lacking the flavors, layering, and authenticity that make biryani special. Definitely not what I was expecting for over priced briyani.
