The food itself was really good and decent portions.
We were the only ones there, yet the services wasn’t that great.

The chef was super friendly and nice. I did find it weird that he was the one to take our order and cook the food.
I will definitely try this place again, but most likely will opt for delivery or takeout.

I went to this restaurant for the first time this evening. Upon entering it’s easy to feel the ambiance. Very beautiful set up, lots of lighting. We were sat at a table nearly immediately by our server Nathan. He was quick to fill out glasses and chill our wine. We decided on the platter for two. It came with a salad and fresh bread. The salad was well dressed in a new flavour of dressing I couldn’t quite place. It was very pleasant on the palate and kept us going back for more. The main course arrived and we were blown away by the flavours. Everything was so well seasoned and balanced. The portions were large and we were lucky to have some left overs for tomorrow. Nathan never let our water glasses empty and was always very attentive. The dessert menu was large and looked amazing! We were far too full tonight to taste any but have plans to return frequently. My only disappointment was that the dinning room wasn’t filled with the people of aylmer! I hope everyone gets a chance to try this amazing new restaurant. I have no doubt this will become the place to dine!
