Rosé Pizza

Best pizzeria in Aylmer! We’ve had their pepperoni and cheese pizza and Carmelita pizza. Both excellent! Their garlic dip is great too. Service is super!

Not your typical pizza. Recipes outside the ordinary. Not too much, not to little… it shows they did their homework. The chef definitely went to Italy at some point in his life.
Crust fluffy and crunchy.
Not too much dough, perfect balance between toppings and dough.
Now my all time favorite pizza. Not going anywhere else.

Really great place with wonderful service! The pizza is delicious, especially with the thin crust — a huge bonus. When we called to place a pickup order, they were very helpful and told us it would be ready in 20 minutes. Sure enough, it came out of the oven exactly on time. The garlic sauce is also so yummy and goes amazingly with the pizza! We’re super impressed. By far the best pizza in Gatineau!! We’ll definitely be back.

I figured it was time to try here tonight with my family after seeing plenty of recommendations here and I have to say I’m HIGHLY impressed the crust was HEAVENLY and generous toppings on all the pizzas! The lady who I spoke with was amazing very friendly and welcoming, if you want pizza that does not taste like every other basic Aylmer pizza try this place!!! The pizza is so good I can’t wait to have it again already😆

I can easily say that this is the best pizza I’ve had. The staff were amazing and even gave me a slice to try while I waited for my pizza. The homemade dough and sauce really shine. Really appreciated the option for vegan cheese. Amazing!!
