Protein Chefs – Ottawa Healthy Meal Delivery

I highly recommend this place. I have tried several other places and this is top notch, especially if you are healthy oriented. Fresh ingredients and always tasty. They rotate their menu so your meals don’t get tedious and your body needs variety. That plus their customer service is next to none, which to me means everything. I value my gut health and trust everything they put in is healthy, organic and balanced!

I’m trying this out for the first time…thank you for the $15 off, PC Team! First was the Mexican Chicken Burger – tasty…and SO filling! Tonight was the Wild Caught Pacific Salmon. I found the salmon a little dry and the sauce a wee bit bland, but I really enjoyed the vegetables! Again, very filling! I have 4 more meals to go…really looking forward to trying them in the coming days!

My hours changed at work and I’ve been trying to eat healthy, but never have any energy to cook. These guys provide the best meal prep in Ottawa.

I tried these guys while visiting my father in Mississauga and I was super satisfied with their quality and variety!

The biggest difference when comparing to others I’ve tried, would be there air-sealed containers, it makes for a completely different “prep’d meal” experience.
