Everything is amazing here, from the staff, the food the portions. 10/10 I will be back! The filet mignon skewers are a must try! Best shawarma around!

Excellent food and service. Staff are nice and smily. Plates are huge, you can’t finish the plate. Nice location large parking. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Best shawarma in town, with the friendliest owner, Ali! The shawarma plate was massive, comes with the freshest hummus plus a perfectly balanced garlic dip without being overpowering. Another highlight was the sujuk sandwich in saj bread. It was the thinnest wrap I’ve ever tried, crunchiest, and packed with flavor. Make sure to drop by if you’re in the area!

We were visiting our family in Aylmer-Gatineau, and heard from them about a good shawarma place. For my family and I shawarma is a big deal. It has to be perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. We do not get impressed easily. As we walked in we were very pleasantly greeted and the place was spotless. I asked if I can taste the meat before I decide if I wanted meat or chicken. If you are Arabic you will know that anyone can do chicken shawarma but if you can get the meat right, you nailed it and nailed it they did. It was delicious the saj was crisped perfectly and they had very fresh fixings. The owner Ali is very generous, and actually fed me on the house. My son who chases good shawarma across the GTA said while eating: the best by far! Thank you Ali and team for the delicious food and the friendly service

Le Palais Libanais -Aylmer

We come to Quebec once a month and found Le Palais Libanais Aylmer through a Google search—so glad we did! The service and food were exceptional. We ordered the filet mignon, chicken shawarma plate, kefta, and aska wrap. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. Our chef, Ali, was amazing—friendly, attentive, and luckily spoke English, which really helped since we couldn’t read the menu. He asked us what we were craving and brought out a plate that hit the mark perfectly. Highly recommend this hidden gem—we’ll definitely be back every time we’re in town!
