The Brig Pub

We went on feb15 2026 for lunch. Food was okay, nice looking pub. However, questionable hygiene. See picture below. The glass was clearly not checked before serving.

We rented the Armada Lounge upstairs in the pub for a private party as part of a weekend workshop. Great location, delicious & affordable food. Good menu options with variety & food for people with dietary restrictions. The drinks are a bit pricey, but it’s on par with pubs in the market. The staff are friendly & the atmosphere is chill pub vibes. The space we rented was great for our purposes & we had our own bathroom & coat room. The only complaint I have is with the timing of the food. We ordered a bunch of shareable & sliders for about 25-30 people, and booked it for 7-9pm. They didnt start serving the food until 8p, and by 9:30p hadn’t finished bringing everything even though folks were leaving. They brought the last items just before 10p, so we ended up taking them to go since our guests had left.

I went here last night with a friend, and I ordered the fish & chips. It was absolutely delicious, but the jalapeño tartar sauce was the best I’ve ever tasted! Definitely the highlight of an already delicious dish. I’ll definitely be coming back here.

The beer was absolutely fantastic — truly top quality. The two guys working there were super fun, friendly, and created such a great vibe.

The atmosphere is excellent, and honestly, it was the best chicken burger I’ve ever had in my life.
Fries were great too — crispy and delicious.

12/10 experience! Would definitely come back again 🔥🍔🍟

nice place. calamari and fish + chips were splendid. good drinks. liked the mojito and paloma. Harry and Sidney were gems.

Amazing spot. Went here for a date night on a whim. Great vibes and aesthetics. Got the window seat and had no wait. We had great service, Jess was very kind and helpful! The food is so good. I had the burger and fries, and they were both top notch. Some places just don’t get the fries right. We had lots of fun and found this place to be a great experience. Ten outta ten, would do again.
