Tayanti Peruvian Restaurant

Great atmosphere, great service and worth trying. I’m a usual at another Peruvian spot in the city, but this might have won me over.

Had the Tacu Tacu seafood. Delicate and heavy, the sauce was immaculate. Couldn’t get more of it. The Chicharron De Cerdo was delicious as well. The shareables are perfect for appetizers with your guest. Overall, I will be back with others to try fresh Peruvian cuisine. Thank you to the team!

**Update Second Visit : It definitely takes the sole position as my fav south american cuisine restaurant. This time, explored some new apps and main dishes with my guests. They loved it.

It is the first time I can say as a peruvian who’s been living in Ottawa over 2 years that the food was awesome and made me feel proud of our gastronomy. The peruvian chef considered all the peruvian ingredients for each food we ordered. Very tasty and delicious, I will definitely will comeback for my birthday this year.

As a proud Peruvian, I can confidently say this is the best Peruvian restaurant in Ottawa. The food is authentic, flavorful, and truly top notch. On top of that, the service was outstanding. Giancarlo, our server, went above and beyond to make the experience memorable with his attentiveness and friendly demeanor. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional Peruvian dining experience in the city.

Had the best ceviche here! Tastes just like some I’ve tried in Peru. Definitely worth trying! Will definitely be coming back to try more! Plus the staff is super nice and welcoming!

A last minute getaway to Ottawa for a new culinary adventure and we were more than delighted! Tayanti-Ottawa exceeded all our expectations and, in my opinion, is the best
Peruvian food I have tasted in my 23 years living in Canada! And not to mention the cocktails … incredible. Every dish we tried was delicious and perfectly cooked. The service was impeccable and the place has a super cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend it.
