An amazing experience from start to finish. The food was true art the chef is an absolute artist. The menu changes every week, which makes each visit exciting and unique. Everything we tasted was delicious, especially the dessert, which was simply divine.

I went here for dinner with my family. I want to make it incredibly clear that the service was absolutely incredible. I was shocked by how underwhelming the food was, for the price you would expect a pretty outstanding product. Only 2 of the 5 courses was even close to worth the price. It is also disgusting to see foie gras is being served in 2025, I would expect that we would move beyond such unnecessary cruel foods. Overall the staff was lovely, food was no where worth your time or money.

Very happy to find Signatures open again, on the terrace only for the summer but I see inside also very soon. Food was as amazing as I remember. Service was friendly and always some one around to make sure things went smoothly. Lovely to sit out on the terrace.

Went for the August Elegance: Superior Cuisine Thursdays series where the students from the different specialties cook. I thought the meal was well-structured and had a lot of good variety. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming.
