I have been here three times now, have ordered three different meals, and each have been delicious! I never leave hungry, yet I also never leave with that full bloating feeling one often gets after having restaurant food. One item on my order that never changes, however, is my drink of choice: The Sunshine State. Made with Peach Shnapps and rum, this slushie concoction tastes so good I could easily get plastered if I ever had room to drink more than one! Our server, Kendra, was also very lovely. Also, a perfect place for a date night.

Freezing cold, January, a Tues night.
Not crowded. Had a nice booth for 2. Music was ok and low on volume. Good for actually having a conversation!
Went to Happy Hour on purpose where a nice, light white wine was $6.
Tuna poke bowl was ordered as well as one fish taco and spicy calamari.
No complaints.
Our waitress was super nice and we never felt rushed out of there as we chatted away.
The heating was sporadic.. lol. Their furnace was either on full blast or off.
Presentation of dishes were nice and although I don’t love this area, would definitely come back here.
It’s madness with Costco right there so getting in and out is strategic and requires patience!

This was my first time at State & Main, and I think they perfected all three aspects of offering a pleasant and memorable dining experience for their patrons. The food is delicious, the customer service is excellent and the atmosphere is trendy yet welcoming and warm. I would definitely return and recommend to friends.

This was my first time trying Western food here, and I was really impressed! The atmosphere is lovely, the food is flavorful, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. What stood out the most was the excellent service from Carly — she was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. Definitely a 5-star experience!

If you’re looking for incredibly yummy flavour and price and portion size isn’t an issue for you – this restaurant is a great option!

I got delivery and was impressed with the quality of care put into the packaging process. Everything had its own container so there’s a lot of control and less chance of a messy spill en route.

The only thing that annoyed me was the portion size vs. the price. The Ahi Tuna sushi is priced at $18.75, and I got six tiny pieces of fried rice! The Soup Dumplings is $15 and just too small. The Cinnamon Bread pudding was the reasonably priced ($10.75) and portioned item.

Thankfully, they were all delicious but just not a good value bang for my buck.
