Planet Coffee, ByWard Market, Ottawa

This cafe has tasty scones and other baked treats. I tried their Chai tea recently, however that was not ideal, seems it is not fresh or mislabelled/some other kind of tea. Seating is good, even though it is winter and there is a lot of construction outside the building and courtyard.

This cafe is tucked away in one of the courtyards between York St and George St.

Lots of delicious baked good, some great coffee and and other things to eat.

A bit of construction currently going on around the courtyard but you can still easily access the cafe. So do not think the place is closed.

Enter from the road diagonally opposite to the Ottawa sign on York St. Good coffee & bakery goods, quick service and a casual vibe.

One of the best coffee spots in town to just exist, be productive or catch up with friends! Great selection of coffees, sweets and daily lunch specials.

Very cozy little coffee shop right off of the ByWard market business. The fact it is tucked away surrounded by oldtimey buildings really add to the relaxing atmosphere.

The date, rhubarb and the pumpkin square were all delicious.

The iced moka was really good and I also recommend the ice tea and the double shot flat white.
